About the DVACO Delaware Valley Accountable Care Organization (DVACO) is a limited liability joint venture corporation comprised primarily of two major health systems: Jefferson Health and Main Line Health, serving the Greater Philadelphia region and southern New Jersey. DVACO was accepted into the Medicare Shared Savings Program for the 2014 start year, and now includes 2,000 physicians serving over 180,000 lives. Role and Responsibilities The DVACO Administrative Fellowship is a 1 year program designed for recent graduates of MHA, MBA, MPH, MS-POPH, or similar healthcare programs to build a foundation for a career in population health. The position emphasizes skills related to population health management, healthcare business planning, and leadership skills. Based on interests, the program may include rotations through various DVACO departments including Care Coordination, Practice Transformation, Data Analytics, and Clinical Quality, and the opportunity to become acquainted with each of our member hospitals. In addition to these rotations, the Fellow can tailor his/her experience through various projects related to topics such as quality oversight, data reporting, performance improvement, physician engagement, informatics, network development, and contract/payer relations. Manager, Actuarial Informatics

JOB SUMMARY: The Manager, Actuarial Informatics is responsible for a specified team of informatics analysts at the DVACO. He/she coordinates projects and manages the team informatics functions including the monitoring of cost & utilization trends, quality measure performance and network performance. This team is the key provider of data, information, and detailed analytics used to measure performance of population health initiatives and value based contracts at the DVACO. Supports other areas of the DVACO and PODs as directed by VP of Operations and the DVACO Leadership Team. Assists in maintaining a critical interdependence between the DVACO Actuarial Informatics team and the Jefferson Actuarial Informatics team. Actuarial Analyst 3

JOB SUMMARY: The Actuarial Analyst 3 will be responsible for interpreting data, leveraging analytical tools and making recommendations to key stakeholder at the DVACO and Jefferson (JHS) \Mainline Health (MLH) PODs. Is seen as a subject matter expert and will lead DVACO governance committees and maintain ongoing relationships with all levels of management, key third party staff, internal constituents and external customers at participating CIN organizations to gather information, share data and effectively move projects forward. Provides supervisory guidance to less experienced analysts and proactively coaches and mentors others throughout the system. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Ability to serve department as a subject matter expert. Works with Vice Presidents, Medical Directors, Clinical Operations, Finance, Network Contracting, IT and other POD departments or stakeholders. Provides supervisory guidance to less experienced analysts. Proactively coaches and mentors others throughout the system. Population Health EPIC Application Analyst II

JOB SUMMARY: The Population Health EPIC Application Analyst II supports the operation and implementation associated with the Delaware Valley ACO’s population health applications. The analyst assists in optimizing workflow processes through building applications that are standardized to meet the health system needs. The analyst will be required to maintain Epic certification for the application(s) they support. The position will require strong communication and analytical skills to interpret appropriate clinical and non-clinical requests. This position involves coordinating with the administrative, technical, and clinical leaders from the member health systems (Jefferson\MLH PODs, Clinical Integrated Network (CIN) and independent practices) to facilitate a standardized approach to healthcare delivery across the organization. It requires the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
