System Descriptions

Patient Ping: Primarily used by care coordinators or care managers. Patient Ping is used to alert Care Coordinators when a DVACO attributed patient is admitted or discharged from an acute or sub-acute setting.

Medinsight: Primarily used by analysts and CIN Administrators. Medinsight is Millimans’ web based solution to support DVACO reporting and analytic needs including financial performance reporting and claims-based quality metrics.

Wellcentive: Primarily used by care coordinators, providers, office staff, and analysts. Wellcentive is DVACO’s population health management platform supporting care coordination, reporting and analytics, and connectivity with provider EMRs.

NavHealth: Provides a broader set of cost and utilization analytics capabilities for our MSSP contract than what MedInsight currently delivers. The DVACO is currently exploring the use of NavHealth for some of our commercial contracts.
