Director of Post-Acute Network
As the Director of Post-Acute Network, Beth is responsible for effective collaboration with post-acute leadership of ACO Member Institutions and post-acute partners to promote the optimization of all quality improvement, utilization management and care management activities for patients in post-acute settings. Beth brings to the DVACO operational team extensive clinical, analytical, operational, and Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement experience as well as recent experience in inpatient care coordination.
Prior to joining the DVACO, Beth served for 7 months as the Interim System Director of Care Coordination at Main Line Health System (MLHS) utilizing her change management skills to assist in designing and implementing a Population Health focused Integrated Care Coordination Division. She served Main Line Health for 17 years in a Director level operational role at Main Line Home Care and Hospice and as the health system’s Process Improvement Engineer for Post-Acute Care Services. She holds a BA in Cognitive Science, Artificial Intelligence and an MS in Physical Therapy with active licensure in the State of PA. At MLH, Beth was responsible for the performance of over 120 clinical PT/OT/ST professionals as well as the clinical utilization (11 RNs), reimbursement management and clinical outcome components of the Home Care and Hospice patient populations. Beth is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Family Research Council at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Center for Pediatric IBD.
