Manager of Practice Transformation
As the Manager of Practice Transformation at the Delaware Valley Accountable Care Organization (DVACO), Kara leads a team of coaches that assist primary care practices in transitioning from a fee-for-service reimbursement model to a fee-for-value model. Kara and her team work with practices to help develop and improve their workflows and processes to address gaps in care and to facilitate a more proactive approach to population health management. Additionally, she facilitates DVACO wide staff training and education efforts related to quality projects and performance improvement opportunities. Kara attained her Master’s Degree in Public Health and Master’s Degree in Project Management from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
